What You’ll Do:
- Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, identify their needs, and offer solutions that result in upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure efficient junk removal, recycling, and disposal while maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Handle and load/unload items from the truck, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Availability on weekends and some holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 80 pounds to shoulder level regularly.
