Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Moving Team Crew Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of prior moving experience, strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing moving operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of each move, and leading a team of movers to deliver top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of movers to ensure efficient and safe moving operations.
• Conduct pre-move assessments and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Plan and organize the logistics of each move, including loading and unloading trucks, packing and unpacking, and ensuring proper handling of all items.
• Help train team members to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including trucks and equipment.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional moving experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
