A Typical Day Includes:

• Morning meeting and commercial vehicle inspection

 

• Teams of two head out in our shiny blue trucks to help customers declutter

 

• Provide estimates and final pricing to each customer (building your sales skills!)

 

• Responsible disposal through recycling, donations, and waste management

 

• Stay in communication with our fun operations team throughout the day

 

• Feel good knowing you’re helping your community

What You Bring to the Company:

• Accountability, responsibility, and a willingness to learn

 

• 18+ years of age (Required for commercial truck insurance)

 

• Valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!) and a clean driving record (No points, suspensions, or violations in the last 3 years)

 

• Pass a criminal background check

 

• Positive and friendly attitude

 

• Physically able to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly

 

• No previous sales or customer service experience? No problem, we’ll help you grow into sales or office roles if that’s your goal!
