What We Offer:

Pay is made of a $15 base pay, tips, and daily commission.
Total Average Earnings from 6/23/25-7/6/25:  $28.93 per hour
Total Average Earnings from 7/7/25-7/20/25:  $29.81 per hour
Total Average Earnings from 7/21/25-8/3/25:  $29.40 per hour

A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a morning meeting to wake you up and work on your sales and communication skills
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated  operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly
